To Mourn

Is to acknowledge the greatest of truths and mysteries.

Love is stronger than death. It is always stronger.

Its bonds cannot be broken.

To mourn is to feel that emptiness of a gaping hole in the heart,

And gather together the love and memories to patch it.

Patch, but never fill or repair.

The loss hurts but writes in our hearts with fire.
